Today I am delighted to be reviewing Dreams in a Jar by Kate Staves

My Review

I absolutely loved this wonderful children’s story, the perfect book to read to your younger readers as well as for your independent readers to sit and read with you.

I loved the language used in this book with the rhyme to help make it catchy when reading it to our little people. The illustrations are bright and colourful and it is a great way to really get the younger readers involved with a wonderful combination of words and images.

A fun story, that is oozing colour in it’s illustrations that is making them think about what they could collect, turning the dreams into wonder and creating a positive and upbeat adventure.

Grab a copy to add to your little ones bookshelves as they will love it!

Book Blurb

What if you could keep a little piece of your dreams to hold on to forever?

Put on your very best pyjamas and get ready for a magical journey through the land of dreams, collecting trinkets and souvenirs as we go!

In this story, a flower isn’t just a flower…it’s a pixie hat! A rusty old bolt isn’t just a rusty old bolt…it’s a piece of a rocket ship that blasted past a star! Let’s collect up all of these precious treasures together and keep them somewhere safe…I know, how about in a special jar?

A sweet, rhyming adventure story to share with your little dreamer

Daisy & Kel x

I am a total bookworm who loves nothing more than to lose herself in a book. My pile of books to read is teetering higher and higher as there are not enough hours in the day compared to how many old and new amazing books there are out there to read. I love to read in my spare time and books are a massive part of our household. I feel really lucky that Daisy also loves losing herself in the amazing worlds the authors are creating for us and neither of us ever go very far without having a book to hand as you never know when an opportunity to read may present itself.
