Today I am sharing my review for The Ingredients of Happiness by the lovely Lucy Knott

A superb follow up instalment to visit the lovely Italian sisters Amanda, Sabrina and Louisa as they all embark on following their dreams.

I loved the first book and quickly became keen to keep reading and find out how they had been getting on since we had last spent time with them.

A story about the strong bonds and ties of family, following your dreams and believing in yourself. I laughed out loud and felt the emotions at key parts of this brilliant book. I am so excited to read book 3 and can’t wait for it to be released!

Book Blurb

Three sisters, a stash of family recipes, the chance to make their dreams come true…

Amanda is about to open her very own café. She has the pastry sorted, but hasn’t a clue about the plumbing. With the love of her life by her side, surely nothing else can go wrong?

Sabrina has struck out on her own and is proving to the global music industry she has what it takes. However, balancing the business side of the band with her personal life will end up being more than she bargained for.

Louisa is drawing inspiration from the beautiful Amalfi coast, channelling it into creating gorgeous gowns for modern day Sophia Lorens. But putting herself out there in the fashion industry will present its own challenges, even with the ever-supportive Luca by her side.

With the right mix of perseverance, love and plenty of Italian delicacies, these three sisters are about to discover that when they support each other, the sky really is the limit!

A superb follow up to the How to Bake a New Beginning and I look forward to visiting these lovely sisters again!

I am a total bookworm who loves nothing more than to lose herself in a book. My pile of books to read is teetering higher and higher as there are not enough hours in the day compared to how many old and new amazing books there are out there to read. I love to read in my spare time and books are a massive part of our household. I feel really lucky that Daisy also loves losing herself in the amazing worlds the authors are creating for us and neither of us ever go very far without having a book to hand as you never know when an opportunity to read may present itself.
